1. Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) describes how Task Force Titans processes personal data on behalf of its users in connection with the Titans OS platform.

2. Data Controller and Processor

Your organisation acts as the Data Controller for any personal data entered into Titans OS. Task Force Titans acts as a Data Processor, processing data only on your documented instructions.

3. Data We Process

We process the following categories of data on your behalf: contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) of leads and clients; business information including deal values and notes; user activity and communication logs within the platform.

4. Security Measures

We implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorised disclosure. This includes encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

5. Sub-processors

We may use sub-processors to assist in providing the Titans OS platform. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that provide equivalent data protection obligations.

6. Data Transfers

Any transfer of personal data outside your jurisdiction will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including through the use of appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

7. Data Deletion

Upon termination of your use of Titans OS, we will delete or return all personal data in our possession, unless retention is required by applicable law.
